A student at St. Mary's School showcased his creative talents to the principal, who warmly appreciated his skills. It was his class teacher who had the foresight to bring him before the principal to exhibit his creative abilities.

  We were truly blessed to be a part of the enchanting St. Marian's Christmas celebration.   From dawn till dusk, the atmosphere was brimming with joy and happiness, creating a magical aura that enveloped us all. The highlight of the day was the captivating visual performance put on by the talented students, which left us in awe of their creativity and dedication. As a teacher trainee, this day will forever hold a special place in my heart, marking it as a truly remarkable and unforgettable experience at St. Mary's, Pattom.

As part of our BEd curriculum, we have to do a conscientization programme to students.  We a team of three decided to take the awareness program on the topic impact of Pollution and its diverse effects on our environment. We prepared a ppt and divided the portions equally for presentation. We took the session in 8th std. 

  Today Jiji sir came to school to observe our yoga sessions. I got some students to teach yoga, so first I gave them an introduction to yoga and it's importance. After the introduction, I gave them the instructions to do warm up and I showed them the asana - pranayama. I asked them to repeat after me for 7 times. Then I made them do some minor games too. 

Innovative teaching models encompass various modern approaches like project-based learning, problem-based learning, and inquiry-based learning, emphasizing creativity and student engagement.  These models go beyond traditional methods, promoting interactive lessons, virtual reality technology, AI integration, and personalized teaching to enhance learning outcomes and student participation. In our curriculum we are asked to do an innovative model to teach students effectively. So I decided to do a spinning  wheel model on Verb and its forms.

St. Mary's Higher Secondary School (HSS) Pattom is a renowned educational institution located in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India. Established in the early 20th century, the school has a rich history of providing quality education in various disciplines. It is founded in 1940 by Archbishop Geevarghese Mar Ivanios. It is considered one of the largest schools in Asia, with the total number of students exceeding 14,000. It was a special day for the whole  St. Mary's team because today was the day of assembly which usually happens once in a year. We the  trainees got a great opportunity to be a part of it. Actually it was totally a chaos because of the arrangement of students from all the classes. Anyway the assembly was a different experience for me as a teacher trainee.
