Yoga Day Celebrations at Mar Theophilus Training College Inaugurated by Guest James T Joseph On the occasion of International Yoga Day, Mar Theophilus Training College in Kerala, India, organized a special event to promote the benefits of yoga for physical and mental health. The event was inaugurated by the esteemed guest, James T Joseph, who is a renowned yoga practitioner and teacher. The event began with a warm welcome to the guest and the participants. The program started with a brief introduction to yoga and its benefits, followed by a demonstration of various yoga poses and exercises. G20 Rangoli Competition

As part of the G20 celebrations, yet another programme " Rangoli competition" was conducted by MTTC under the guidance of our dear Deepthi ma'm. Inculcating this theme in our rangoli , two members from each optional participated vigorously in this competition. Beautiful designs filled with colors of hope and life were spread all around. The English department is so happy cuz its our team lead by Navya and Lekshmi who bagged the first prize. So happy happy!!!!  The second prize was given to Social Science department and the third prize to Natural Science department.
